You may wish to reset your Honeywell Smart Thermostat as part of a troubleshooting step or other reasons. A factory reset will undo any learning and remove all personal settings. Once you reset it, you'll need to go through the setup again.

You may wish to reset your Honeywell Smart Thermostat as part of a troubleshooting step or other reasons. A factory reset will undo any learning and remove all personal settings. Once you reset it, you'll need to go through the setup again.
- From the main screen tap on Menu.
- Scroll down with the arrow and tap on Preferences.
- Scroll down with the arrow and tap on Restore Factory Settings.
- Confirm you want to proceed by tapping Yes.
- Your thermostat is now reset to factory settings.
- From the main screen tap on Menu.
- Scroll right with the arrow until you find Reset and tap Select.
- Tap Select on Factory.
- Confirm you want to proceed by tapping Yes.
- Your thermostat is now reset to factory settings.
- Press and hold the weather button for 5-10 seconds until the Menu shows up.
- Scroll down with the arrow until you find Factory Reset and tap OK.
- Confirm you want to proceed by tapping Yes.
- Your thermostat is now reset to factory settings.
