To get started ask the Guest to make sure that:
The most common pairing codes are 0000 , 1111 , and 1234 - once the Bluetooth speaker shows
as an available device to connect to, ask the Guest to try these codes to complete the pairing.
Select the manufacturer of the Bluetooth speaker to continue.
JBL Bluetooth speakers typically have a raised button in the shape of a Bluetooth symbol that is pressed and held for 3 seconds to initiate pairing.
0000 is the most common pairing code used by JBL.
Several models JBL speakers have the ability to pair with each other by pressing the JBL connect button on the first and then second speaker.
JBL includes a JBL connect app available in the play store and itunes that provides stereo options when using two speakers together.

Disposition the Session
1. Ask the guest if they would like to participate in a survey for the service they received.
If the guest accepts, warm transfer them to 1-855-302-1599, enter the Session # from this Cloud session and then complete the transfer ensuring the guest hears the rest of the IVR prompts. Do not give the guest the aforementioned phone number. That number is only intended for us to transfer to.
2. Click "Session Info" at the top of the session window and update all of the applicable fields to the best of your ability.
3. Click Done in the left pane
4. Click Close at the top of this session window.
A. Resolved: All calls where a service or path to a resolution was provided.
B. Not Resolved: Dropped calls / Ghost Calls / Guest needs to call back
Bose Soundlink speakers enter pairing mode by pressing and holding the Bluetooth button for 3 seconds.
Ask the guest to open their Bluetooth menu on their mobile device select the Bose speaker in their Bluetooth devices list.
0000 is the most common code Bose uses to complete the pairing.

A Beats Pill has a "b" button that pulse to indicate the device is in pairing mode.
If the speaker is powered on and not in pairing mode, ask the Guest to press and hold the "b" button for 3 seconds.

If this is the first time the Guest is setting up their UE Boom speaker, it should automatically place itself in pairing mode once powered on.
This is indicated by the Bluetooth button flashing rapidly.
If pairing mode is not active ask the guest to press and hold the Bluetooth button for 6 seconds.
Once selected from the Bluetooth devices list on the Guest's Android or iOS device, the pairing should complete without
requiring a pairing code.

Once powered on an Altec Lansing speaker should enter pairing mode.
If it does not, ask the guest to press and hold the Bluetooth button for 3 seconds

A beep should be heard and the Bluetooth light will flash rapidly.
Once selected in the Bluetooth devices list of the Android or iOS device, the pairing code 0000 is used to complete the pairing.

Make sure the Bluetooth/Aux switch is set to the Bluetooth position on the iHome speaker.
Ask the Guest to press and hold the play/pause/pairing button until 2 beeps are heard and the light starts flashing.
Once selected from the Bluetooth devices menu on the Android or iOS mobile device the guest will likely need to enter a pairing code.
