Rebooting the COX Homelife Touchscreen
Follow the steps below to reboot the Homelife touchscreen
1. From the home screen, tap the Settings icon.
2. Ask the customer to tap on Security.
3. Customer must enter the Master Code to proceed to the Security Settings menu.
If the customer does not remember the Master Code, you can reset it using the management tool.
4. Customer must tap on Advanced Settings.
5. From the Advanced Settings menu, tap Reboot the TS device.
If prompted, re-enter the master code.
The screen takes 2 minutes (approx.) to reboot, post reboot completion, the touchscreen home screen is displayed
Customer shouldn't move their Touchscreen once it has been installed. This can cause the system to lose connectivity and malfunction during an emergency.
