Factory Reset

1. Open the Cover and make sure the Door/Window Sensor is powered.
2. Hold the Connect Button for 10 seconds until the LED indicator flashes once, then release the button.

Join the Z-Wave Network

1. From the Hubitat Web Interface home page, select Z-Wave, then Start Z-Wave Inclusion on the Device Discovery page.
2. Remove the Cover of the Door/Window Sensor.
3. Press the Connect Button quickly 3 times in a row. The LED indicator will flash 5 times indicating successful inclusion to the Z-Wave network.

Exclusion from the Z-Wave Network

1. From the device's details page, select Remove Device, then Remove
2. From the Hubitat Web Interface home page, select Z-Wave, then Start Z-Wave Exclusion on the Device Discovery page.
3. Remove the Cover of the Door/Window Sensor.
4. Press the Connect Button quickly 3 times in a row. The LED indicator will flash 5 times indicating successful exclusion from the Z-Wave network.

1. Remove the Sensor Cover and confirm that your Door/Window Sensor is powered up.
2. Wait for 5 seconds.
3. Move the Magnet and Sensor Base in and out of the closed position 6 times.
4. The LED indicator will light up Red for 5 seconds when reset successfully. The Door/Window Sensor’s memory will be erased to factory settings.

Join the Z-Wave Network

1. From the Hubitat Web Interface home page, select Z-Wave, then Start Z-Wave Inclusion on the Device Discovery page.
2. Remove the Sensor Cover and the LED indicator will start flashing yellow.
3. Press the Button quickly 3 times in a row.
4. The device will enter inclusion mode for two minutes and the LED indicator will alternate between green and red. After successful inclusion, the LED Indicator will flash green 3 times then flash red until the cover is replaced.

Exclusion from the Z-Wave Network

1. From the device's details page, select Remove Device, then Remove
2. From the Hubitat Web Interface home page, select Z-Wave, then Start Z-Wave Exclusion on the Device Discovery page.
3. Remove the SENSOR COVER and the LED indicator will start flashing red.
4. Press the Button quickly 3 times in a row.
5. The LED Indicator will flash green 3 times indicating successful exclusion from the Z-Wave network. It will continue flashing red (indicating tamper) until the cover is replaced.

4. Press the Connect Button quickly 3 times in a row. The LED indicator will flash 5 times indicating successful exclusion from the Z-Wave network.

1. Remove the TOP COVER by sliding it back and lifting up. Confirm that your Mouser is powered up.
2. Press and hold the CONNECT BUTTON for at least 10 seconds then release.
3. A flashing LED indicator indicates a successful factory reset. The Mousers memory will be erased to factory settings.

Join the Z-Wave Network

1. From the Hubitat Web Interface home page, select Z-Wave, then Start Z-Wave Inclusion on the Device Discovery page.
2. Remove the TOP COVER by sliding it back and lifting up. Confirm that your Mouser is powered up.
3. Press the CONNECT BUTTON quickly 3 times in a row.
4. The LED indicator will flash 5 times indicating successful inclusion to the Z-Wave network.

Exclusion from the Z-Wave Network

1. From the device's details page, select Remove Device, then Remove
2. From the Hubitat Web Interface home page, select Z-Wave, then Start Z-Wave Exclusion on the Device Discovery page.
3. Remove the TOP COVER by sliding it back and lifting up. Confirm that your Mouser is powered up.

Join the Z-Wave Network

1. For proper inclusion, install the Range Extender in the final location where it will be used.
2. From the Hubitat Web Interface home page, select Z-Wave, then Start Z-Wave Inclusion on the Device Discovery page.
3. Plug the Range Extender into an outlet or use a micro USB (not included) to power it. The LED will flash 5 times indicating successful inclusion.

Exclusion from the Z-Wave Network

1. From the device's details page, select Remove Device, then Remove
2. From the Hubitat Web Interface home page, select Z-Wave, then Start Z-Wave Exclusion on the Device Discovery page.
3. Press the Button quickly 3 times in a row The LED will flash 5 times indicating successful exclusion.

Siren

Join the Z-Wave Network

2. Remove the Back Plate of the Siren.
3. Press the Connect Button quickly 3 times in a row. The LED Ring will flash 5 times indicating successful inclusion to the Z-Wave network.

Exclusion from the Z-Wave Network

1. From the device's details page, select Remove Device, then Remove
2. From the Hubitat Web Interface home page, select Z-Wave, then Start Z-Wave Exclusion on the Device Discovery page.
3. Remove the Back Plate of the Siren.
4. Press the Connect Button quickly 3 times in a row. The LED Ring will flash 5 times indicating successful exclusion from the Z-Wave network.

Water Main Shut-Off

1. Press and hold the open/close button for at least 10 seconds then release.
2. The Shut-Off’s memory will be erased to factory settings. A flashing light indicates a successful factory reset.

Join the Z-Wave Network

1. From the Hubitat Web Interface home page, select Z-Wave, then Start Z-Wave Inclusion on the Device Discovery page.
2. Make sure the Water Main Shut-Off is powered on, then press the “open/close” button quickly 3 times in a row. The LED will stop flashing and stay on continuously upon successful inclusion.

Exclusion from the Z-Wave Network

1. From the device's details page, select Remove Device, then Remove
2. From the Hubitat Web Interface home page, select Z-Wave, then Start Z-Wave Exclusion on the Device Discovery page.
3. When prompted, press the “open/close” button on the Shut-Off quickly 3 times in a row.
