2. Resolution

Factory Reset

1. Factory reset is unavailable for this device. Instead, perform a general exclusion.
2. From the Hubitat Web Interface home page, select Z-Wave, then Start Z-Wave Exclusion on the Device Discovery page.
3. Press the device switch once to exclude it from the network. The LED will start flashing, indicating the dimmer has been successfully excluded from the Z-Wave network.

Join the Z-Wave Network

1. Cooper Wiring Devices Z-Wave device has a blue LED, which will flash when the device is not included in a Z-Wave network. The LED stops flashing when the device is in a network.
2. From the Hubitat Web Interface home page, select Z-Wave, then Start Z-Wave Inclusion on the Device Discovery page.
3. Press the device switch once to include it in the network. The LED will stop flashing, indicating the dimmer has been successfully included in the Z-Wave network.

Exclusion from the Z-Wave Network

1. From the device's details page, select Remove Device, then Remove
2. From the Hubitat Web Interface home page, select Z-Wave, then Start Z-Wave Exclusion on the Device Discovery page.
3. Press the device switch once to exclude it from the network. The LED will start flashing, indicating the dimmer has been successfully excluded from the Z-Wave network.
