Factory reset is unavailable for this device. Instead, perform a general exclusion.
From the Hubitat Web Interface home page, select Z-Wave, then Start Z-Wave Exclusion on the Device Discovery page.
Remove the battery for at least 5 seconds, then reinstall it.
When the exclusion process is complete, the LED on the sensor will be solid blue, then go out.
Join the Z-Wave Network
From the Hubitat Web Interface home page, select Z-Wave, then Start Z-Wave Inclusion on the Device Discovery page.
Remove the battery for at least 5 seconds, then reinstall it.
When the inclusion process is complete, the LED on the sensor will be solid blue, then go out.
Exclusion from the Z-Wave Network
From the device's details page, select Remove Device, then Remove
From the Hubitat Web Interface home page, select Z-Wave, then Start Z-Wave Exclusion on the Device Discovery page.
Remove the battery for at least 5 seconds, then reinstall it.
When the exclusion process is complete, the LED on the sensor will be solid blue, then go out.

The Flood Freeze sensor factory defaults on network exclusion
From the Hubitat Web Interface home page, select Z-Wave, then Start Z-Wave Exclusion on the Device Discovery page.
Remove the battery for 1 second, then reinstall it.
Join the Z-Wave Network
From the Hubitat Web Interface home page, select Z-Wave, then Start Z-Wave Inclusion on the Device Discovery page.
Remove the battery for at least 10 seconds, then reinstall it.
If the LED starts flashing continuously, the sensor has no node ID and was not successfully added, so start from step 1 again. Make sure to remove the battery for 10 seconds if adding to a Z-Wave network fails.
If after 5 seconds the LED is not flashing, look on Hubitat Elevationâ„¢ for feedback on whether the sensor was added successfully. If you do not see any feedback that the sensor was added, follow directions for exclusion of the sensor from a Z-Wave network, and then try adding the sensor again. If you are still having problems, you may need to add Z-Wave repeaters in-between the controller and the sensor.
Exclusion from the Z-Wave Network
From the device's details page, select Remove Device, then Remove
From the Hubitat Web Interface home page, select Z-Wave, then Start Z-Wave Exclusion on the Device Discovery page.
Open the Flood Freeze case and remove the battery for 1 second.
Replace the battery and the device should be removed from the Z-Wave network.
