Remove and re-connect the power supply while holding down the B button
After 10 seconds, remove and re-connect the power supply again.
The settings of the device will be reset.
Join the Z-Wave Network
From the Hubitat Web Interface home page, select Z-Wave, then Start Z-Wave Inclusion on the Device Discovery page.
Quickly press the B button 3 times (the button is located in the center of the device).
Watch the status on the device details page to confirm proper operation.
Every time changes are made to the configuration of TP and TD lines (1-wire), (i.e. When DS18B20 temperature sensors are Included or Excluded), it is necessary to perform exclusion and repeated inclusion of the sensor modules to the hub. The system will enter into the programming mode only once all the connected sensors have been detected (about 10 seconds).
Exclusion from the Z-Wave Network
From the device's details page, select Remove Device, then Remove
From the Hubitat Web Interface home page, select Z-Wave, then Start Z-Wave Exclusion on the Device Discovery page.
Quickly press the B button 3 times (the button is located in the center of the device).
Wait for the removing process to end.
The device will be excluded from the Z-Wave network.

Exclusion from the Z-Wave Network
From the device's details page, select Remove Device, then Remove
From the Hubitat Web Interface home page, select Z-Wave, then Start Z-Wave Exclusion on the Device Discovery page.
Click the Button at least 6 times.
Wait for the removing process to end.
The device will be excluded from the Z-Wave network.

Open the cover and remove the battery.
Install the battery while holding both TMP buttons.
The LED indicator will be flashing slowly for 5 seconds, but keep holding the buttons.
Release one button when the LED indicator starts flashing quickly.
Click the released button once to confirm the initiation of the reset procedure.
Wait a few seconds for a long flash of the LED indicator. Do not remove the battery.
The LED indicator will flash 5 times quickly to confirm the reset of the device.
Join the Z-Wave Network
From the Hubitat Web Interface home page, select Z-Wave, then Start Z-Wave Inclusion on the Device Discovery page.
Press one of the TMP buttons quickly, 3 times in a row, while keeping the other button pressed.
Wait for the inclusion process to end.

Connect the the supply voltage, while still holding the B button.
Release the B button.
The B channel will turn on (blue channel).
Disconnect the power supply.
Join the Z-Wave Network
(Auto Inclusion)
Make sure the RGBW Controller is not connected to a supply.
From the Hubitat Web Interface home page, select Z-Wave, then Start Z-Wave Inclusion on the Device Discovery page.
Connect voltage supply to auto-include the RGBW Controller.
The RGBW Controller will be automatically recognized and included in the Z-Wave network.

(Manual Inclusion)
Make sure the RGBW Controller is not connected to a supply.
To disable auto-inclusion press the B button briefly, after re-connecting the RGBW Controller to its supply voltage.
From the Hubitat Web Interface home page, select Z-Wave, then Start Z-Wave Inclusion on the Device Discovery page.
Triple click the B button or any switch connected to I1-I4 inputs.
The RGBW Controller will be recognized and included in the Z-Wave network.
Successful inclusion will be confirmed by Hubitat Elevationâ„¢

Exclusion from the Z-Wave Network

The LED frame will glow green signaling it is currently included in a Z-Wave network (If it doesn't, then the exclusion process is not needed at this time).
Quickly, triple click the button located on the casing.
The device will be excluded from the Z-Wave network.
