Factory Reset
Press and hold the program button for 15 seconds and then release.
Join the Z-Wave Network
From the Hubitat Web Interface home page, select Z-Wave, then Start Z-Wave Inclusion on the Device Discovery page.
Briefly press the program button once.
The status LED will flash when inclusion to the Z-Wave network completes.
Exclusion from the Z-Wave Network
From the device's details page, select Remove Device, then Remove
From the Hubitat Web Interface home page, select Z-Wave, then Start Z-Wave Exclusion on the Device Discovery page.
Briefly press the program button once.
The status LED will flash when the device has been excluded from the Z-Wave network.

When the LED has a periodic single flash, the unit will be automatically included to the Z-Wave network.
If the LED is not flashing, then the button has been previously pressed and automatic inclusion mode is no longer active. In this case, briefly press the program button once.
The status LED will flash when the device has been excluded from the Z-Wave network.
