Join the Z-Wave Network
From the Hubitat Web Interface home page, select Z-Wave, then Start Z-Wave Inclusion on the Device Discovery page.
Power the bulb ON and OFF 6 times within 2 seconds.
Exclusion from the Z-Wave Network
From the device's details page, select Remove Device, then Remove
From the Hubitat Web Interface home page, select Z-Wave, then Start Z-Wave Exclusion on the Device Discovery page.

Join the Z-Wave Network
From the Hubitat Web Interface home page, select Z-Wave, then Start Z-Wave Inclusion on the Device Discovery page.
Once the controller is ready to include your device, press in and release the button on the switch 3-5 times within 3 seconds to include it in the network.
Exclusion from the Z-Wave Network
From the device's details page, select Remove Device, then Remove
From the Hubitat Web Interface home page, select Z-Wave, then Start Z-Wave Exclusion on the Device Discovery page.
Once the controller is ready to exclude your device, press in and release the button on the switch 3-5 times within 3 seconds to include it in the network.

Factory reset is accomplished by performing a general exclusion on the device.
From the Hubitat Web Interface home page, select Z-Wave, then Start Z-Wave Exclusion on the Device Discovery page.
Press the center button 5 times within 1 second to exclude it in the Z-Wave network.
Join the Z-Wave Network
From the Hubitat Web Interface home page, select Z-Wave, then Start Z-Wave Inclusion on the Device Discovery page.
Press the center button 5 times within 1 second to include it in the Z-Wave network.

From the device's details page, select Remove Device, then Remove

Join the Z-Wave Network
From the Hubitat Web Interface home page, select Z-Wave, then Start Z-Wave Inclusion on the Device Discovery page.
Press the configure button 3 times. The LED bar will flash Blue.
If the switch was included successfully, the bard will turn Green. If the inclusion process was not successful, the LED bar will turn Red.
You can scheck the Z-Wave range by holding the configure button for 5-10 seconds. A Red bar indicates the switch is not in range of the controller or a signal repeater. Green indicates a good signal.
