2. Resolution
Factory Reset
- Factory reset is accomplished by excluding the device from the Z-Wave network
- From the device's details page, select Remove Device, then Remove
- From the Hubitat Web Interface home page, select Z-Wave, then Start Z-Wave Exclusion on the Device Discovery page.
- Click once on the PROG button or and external attached switch.
Join the Z-Wave Network
- From the Hubitat Web Interface home page, select Z-Wave, then Start Z-Wave Inclusion on the Device Discovery page.
- Click once on the PROG button or and external attached switch.
Exclusion from the Z-Wave Network
- From the device's details page, select Remove Device, then Remove
- From the Hubitat Web Interface home page, select Z-Wave, then Start Z-Wave Exclusion on the Device Discovery page.
- Click once on the PROG button or and external attached switch.

Factory Reset
- Press and keep holding the R button not less than 10 seconds.
- Release the R button then triple-click on the same R button within 2 seconds.
Join the Z-Wave Network
- From the Hubitat Web Interface home page, select Z-Wave, then Start Z-Wave Inclusion on the Device Discovery page.
- Press L & R buttons simultaneously until the LED lights up to add the device to the Z-Wave network. The LED will keep flashing slowly.
- Press the program button. The LED will flash once, then remain off if the device is included in the Z-Wave network.
- If the LED flashes 6 times rapidly, then remains off, the device has failed to be included in the Z-Wave network.
Exclusion from the Z-Wave Network
- From the device's details page, select Remove Device, then Remove
- From the Hubitat Web Interface home page, select Z-Wave, then Start Z-Wave Exclusion on the Device Discovery page.
- Click once on the R button to remove the device from the Z-Wave network. The LED will continue flashing slowly.
- Press the program button. The LED will flash once, then remain off if the device is excluded from the Z-Wave network.
- If the LED flashes 6 times rapidly, then remains off, the device has failed to be excluded in the Z-Wave network.
- Perform a factory reset and repeat the above steps to exclude the device from the Z-Wave network.
