1. Introduction

Tools You'll Need:

  • Your Apple Watch needs to be worn.

  • Any other consumable supplies
  • Comment out supplies section if no supplies are necessary

  • Your Apple Watch must be worn in order to accurately measure heart rate.

2. Checking Your Heart Rate

  1. Press the Digital Crown / Home button on the side of your watch.

  1. Tap the Heart Rate app, it looks like a Heart icon.

  1. Your watch will immediately begin measuring your current heart rate.

  1. Once measuring has completed, your heart rate will be displayed in BPM (beats per minute).

  1. From the Current screen, the digital crown can be used to scroll to the Resting or Walking screens.
