How to Delete a Wally Home Sensor

Before We Begin:

• You will either need an app or a web browser to remove sensors.

2. Delete a Sensor

iOS

1. Open the Wally app from your home screen.
   

1. Swipe left on the sensor you wish to remove and tap on Delete.
   
2. This will grey out and move the deleted sensor to a section called Choose Sensor to Activate.
3. Swipe left on the sensor one more time and tap on Delete.

Android

1. Open the Wally app from your home screen.
   

1. Tap and hold on the sensor you wish to remove until you see the Cancel and Delete buttons show and tap on Delete.
   
2. This will gray out the sensor.
3. Tap and hold on the sensor one more time until you see the Cancel and Delete buttons show and tap on Delete.

Web Browser

1. Navigate to https://my.wallyhome.com/auth in a web browser.
   

1. Enter your username and password and click the Log In button.
   

1. Click the Edit button on the bottom right of the sensor you want to remove.
   

1. Click on Delete Sensor.
