How to Factory Reset a Fitbit Charge 2 Fitness Band

1. Introduction
This guide will walk you though resetting your device to factory defaults.
2. Delete Tracker via Android
- Launch Fitbit from your Home screen.
- Tap on the Account icon.

- Tap the Menu button to the right of the tracker you want to remove.

- Tap on Unpair.
3. Delete Paired Bluetooth Device
- Swipe down on your screen to access the menu.
- Hold down on the Bluetooth icon to bring up Bluetooth options.
- Slide Bluetooth ON if it isn't already.
- Tap the gear icon next to the device you wish to unpair.
- Tap Unpair.
- The Bluetooth device has now been unpaired and can be re-added if you wish.
4. Delete Tracker via iOS
- Launch Fitbit from your Home screen.
- Tap the Account icon.

- Tap on the Arrow next to the tracker you want to remove.

- Tap on Remove From Account.

- Tap on Remove From Account again to remove the tracker from your account.
5. Delete Paired Bluetooth Device
- Navigate to Settings.
- Tap Bluetooth. Note: Bluetooth must be switched on for a list of devices to display.
- Tap the "i" icon to the right of the device name.
- Tap Forget this Device.
- Tap Forget this Device in the dialogue box. Your device is no longer recognized by your phone or tablet.
6. Delete Tracker via Computer
- Launch your online Fitbit Dashboard. You can log into your account at fitbit.com to access your dashboard.
- Click the settings gear and then click on Settings.
- Click the Devices icon.
- Click Remove this (Fitbit) from your Account.
- Click Remove.
- Click OK.
7. Forget Bluetooth Device
- Click the Start button.
- Tap on Settings.
- Then click on Devices.
- Select Bluetooth & other devices from the left-hand column.
- Click the device you want to forget and click on Remove Device.
- Click Yes to confirm removal of your device.
8. Forget Bluetooth Device
- Open the Apple menu and then click on System Preferences.
- Click on Bluetooth.
- Click the X next to the device you wish to forget.
- Click Remove to confirm.
