2. Factory Reset Via FlowSync

  1. Connect your Polar device to your computer using its supplied USB cable.

  2. While the "Turning off" text is shown, press and hold the button again for five seconds.
  3. The display will then read "Restoring, please wait."
  4. Once complete, your Polar device is now fully reset.
