1. Introduction

You may need to factory reset your Polar A370 fitness tracker as part of a troubleshooting step or if you decide to give it away or sell it. This guide will take you through steps to help get your Polar device back to the way it was when it first came out of the box.

Resetting empties all personal data and settings from the M600, and you will need to set it up again for your personal use if you plan on continuing to use it.

2. Factory Reset Via FlowSync

  1. Connect your Polar device to your computer using its supplied USB cable.

  1. Open FlowSync software. The Polar FlowSync software transfers your training information to the Polar Flow web service.
