How to Fix Apps on a PlayStation 4

Problems with apps downloaded from PlayStation Store can be caused by a few things. Check the following troubleshooting steps to fix it.
What you need before you start:
- Make sure that there's no physical damage to the PlayStation 4 or the game installation disc.
- You have a good internet connection.

3. Check PlayStation Store Transactions
Only the original software purchaser can download a game from the PlayStation Store. Here's how to view your PlayStation Store purchases.

- Choose Wallet > Transaction History.
- Choose the account that you want to view transactions from.
- Choose transaction date range and select Next.
