Plug it back into the power outlet, then turn it back on from the power button if it has on.
5. Power Cycle Home Network
Remove the power cable from both your modem and router.
Verify all lights are off on the modem and router.
After 30 seconds, plug in your modem and then your router.
It may take a few minutes for the internet to reconnect.
6. Improve Network Performance
You may have to shut down or disconnect other unused devices that are connected to the same network.
If your device is connected via Wi-Fi, its distance from the router, as well as well as other environmental factors can affect the quality of the signal. Try moving your router to a more central location or use a Wi-Fi extender.
The best type of connection is a wired Ethernet connection. If possible, this is the way to go.
7. Reactivate App
Press the Setup button on the remote control.
From the Setup menu screen go to General Setting, then Playback.
