This guide will help guide you through issues you may encounter while using your Fitbit Blaze device.
2. Introduction
Syncing difficulty is usually caused by a missing requirement. The following steps will ensure that you have everything is set properly in order for the sync process to take place without an issue.
3. Restart
A restart deletes any saved notifications.
Press and hold the Back (left) and Select (right bottom) buttons on the Blaze until you see the Fitbit logo. The logo should appear in less than 10 seconds.
Let go of the buttons.
4. Enable Bluetooth
Open Settings on your phone or tablet.
Then tap Bluetooth.
Make sure Bluetooth is set to On.
5. Restart
Hold down the lock/power button.
Slide to power off when prompted.
Wait until the phone is off.
Hold down the lock/power button until you see the Apple logo.
6. Uninstall App
To remove the Fitbit app from iOS devices:
From your main screen, locate the Fitbit app.
Lightly touch and hold the app until it jiggles or vibrates.
Tap X in the upper-left corner of the app.
Tap Delete.
7. Install iOS App
Open the App Store.
Tap on Search.
In the search bar, search for Fitbit.
Find Fitbit in the search results and tap on GET.
Tap on Install to start download.
8. Pairing
Your tablet or phone will now try to find your tracker.
Wait for it to connect.
Type the code on your Fitbit into your phone or tablet.
Your Fitbit is now connected!

11. Enable Bluetooth
Swipe down on your screen (or up, if using a tablet) to access the menu.
Hold down on the Bluetooth icon to bring up Bluetooth options.
Ensure the Bluetooth switch is set to ON.

Hold down the power button on your Android device. Depending on the manufacturer and model of Android device you have, the location of the power button will vary.
A prompt will appear on-screen. Select Restart.
If the menu does not pop up, continue to hold the power button, and your Android device will shut off.
If you had to shut down your Android device, wait 30 seconds before turning your device back on.
13. Uninstall App
To remove the Fitbit app from Android devices:
Go to Android Settings (1), then General (2), then Application Manager (3).
Find the Fitbit App and tap on it.
Tap Uninstall.
14. Install Android App
Open Play Store.
Tap on the search bar and search for Fitbit.
Tap on Fitbit.
Tap Install to start downloading the app.
Once installed, tap Open to proceed to the setup.
15. Pairing
Your tablet or phone will now try to find your tracker.
Wait for it to connect.
Type the code on your Fitbit into your phone or tablet.
Your Fitbit is now connected!

18. Pair Bluetooth Devices
Some Bluetooth accessories are configured with a PIN or a passkey that is often listed in its manual. Check your Bluetooth accessory manual for the correct PIN or passkey.
Turn on your Bluetooth device, and make it discoverable.
Make sure Bluetooth is turned on. Select the Action Center in the bottom-right corner, then Bluetooth. It should be highlighted.
Open the Action Center, and choose Connect.
19. Restart Your PC
Before your restart or shut down your PC, make sure to save all necessary work to prevent data loss.
Using the Mouse
Select the Start menu.
By default it is in the lower left corner of your screen.
Select Power, then select Restart.
Using the Keyboard
Press the Windows and X keys at the same time. This minimizes any open windows you may have.
Press the Alt and F4 keys at the same time. This tells Windows to close the desktop.
Select Restart, then OK.
20. Uninstall App
To remove the Fitbit app from Windows 10 devices:
Click Start then Settings.
Next, Select Apps.
Scroll down and locate the Fitbit app. Click on the app, then click on Uninstall.
Click Uninstall again to confirm uninstallation.
The app will begin to uninstall and will disappear from your programs list once finished.
21. Install Windows App
Open the Windows Store.
Search in the top-right for "Fitbit" and click the Fitbit App.
Click Get to download and install the app.
22. Pairing
Click Set Up a New Fitbit Device.
Log into your Fitbit Account when asked.
Click your Tracker.
Click through the setup guide.
Type in the code that appears on your Fitbit.
Accept the EULA and continue through the steps as the app walks you through the rest of setup.

25. Enable Bluetooth
Click the System Preferences icon.
Click the Bluetooth icon.
Bluetooth properties will open.
Ensure that Bluetooth status reads Bluetooth: On. If it is off, click Turn Bluetooth On to enable it.
Your computer will automatically begin searching for Bluetooth devices that may be in range.
26. Restart
From the menu bar across the top of the screen, select the Apple menu (1), then select Restart... (2).
Any unsaved work will be lost.
27. Uninstall App
Before uninstalling the Fitbit app, we must make sure we exit the program.
Right click the icon of the program and then click Quit.
Alternatively, you can click Fitbit Connect in the upper-left-hand corner of your screen, near the Apple logo, and then click Quit.
Make sure the application leaves your Dock at the bottom or no longer has a dot underneath it.Running ApplicationClosed Application
Click Finder from the Dock across the bottom of your screen.
Click Applications from the left-hand column, then locate the Fitbit app. Click and hold the mouse button on the Fitbit app icon and drag it to the Trash Bin. You can let go of the mouse button once you are hovering over the Trash Bin.
Right click the Trash Bin icon and select Empty Trash.
Click Empty Trash again to confirm this action.
28. Install macOS App
Download the installer from the Fitbit website.
Visit this page on your Mac: http://www.fitbit.com/setup
Scroll down, and click the button labeled Download for Mac.
Open your Downloads, and double-click the Install Fitbit Connect.pkg file.
Carefully follow the on-screen prompts to install Fitbit Connect.
Click on Continue.
Read the license agreement and click Continue.
Click Agree to accept the licence.
Click on Install to continue.
Enter your computer's administrative username and password and click Install Software.
After software is done installing click Close to exit the installer.
29. Pairing
Click the Fitbit tracker that you're setting up.
Click Next start the pairing process.
Enter the code that appears on your Fitbit's display.
Accept the EULA and continue through the steps as the app walks you through the rest of setup.
