Introduction

1 Restart Your C by GE Smart Bridge
- Unplug the smart bridge from the wall outlet.
- Wait 10 seconds.
- Plug the Bridge back into the outlet and wait for it to reconnect to the app.
- Attempt to update the smart bridge again.
2 Reset Your C by GE Smart Bridge
If the update process still fails after restarting the smart bridge, resetting it is the next course of action.
- Unplug the C-Reach Smart Bridge from the power outlet.
- While holding the side button, plug the smart bridge back into the power outlet and keep holding the button for at least 10 seconds.
- If the reset is successful, the three indicator lights will start blinking meaning the smart bridge is ready to be set up again.
- Now that the smart bridge has been reset, it is ready to attempt the update process again.
3 If It Still Doesn't Work
Please contact the product manufacturer for further assistance.
