Sometimes while browsing your television you'll notice greyed out options. When you try to select those options you may receive a message that the function isn't available. This guide will help you resolve that issue and let you use those options again.
Samsung's Smart Hub app will block some menu options while it is open. Let's go ahead and close it.
Hold down the Back or Return button until your television returns to the previous screen. This should mean your previously opened app has closed.
