How to Fix Network Issues with a Sony Smart TV

1. Introduction

Your Smart TV can pull content from across the Internet and deliver it to you in an easy-to-use format you can enjoy in your living room.

Unfortunately, none of this is possible if your Smart TV doesn't have a network connection. This guide will walk you through resolving this problem.

2. Check Other Devices

Check your home's internet connection by testing with another device such as your smartphone, computer, game console, streaming device, etc.

3. Disable IPv6

  1. Push the Home button on your remote.

  1. For Enable IPv6, select No.

4. Power Reset

  1. Unplug the power cable from the wall.

  2. Plug the power cable back in.
