Sometimes we take for granted that when we flip a switch, our lights come on. We seldom remember or sometimes even understand all of the things that must be working properly in order for this to happen. When the day comes that you flip the switch and nothing happens with your FluxSmart WiFi bulbs, try these simple troubleshooting tips to diagnose the problem.

2. Troubleshooting Steps

Power Cycle the Light Switch

1. Turn the light switch off.
   

1. Wait 5 seconds.
   

1. Turn the light switch on.
   

Try Another Light Bulb or Light Socket

If you have another light bulb you can try that you know is working somewhere else, try using it in the location that you're having an issue. If the other light bulb is working, that means you have an issue with your FluxSmart light bulb. If the other light bulb does not turn on then you could have a power issue with your light socket.
