To remove the Xbox app from iOS devices:
- From your main screen, locate the Xbox app.
- Lightly touch and hold the app until it jiggles or vibrates.
- Tap X in the upper-left corner of the app.
- Tap Delete.

- Press the Xbox button to open the guide.
- Select Settings and then select All Settings.
- Select Preferences and then select Xbox app connections.
- Select From any SmartGlass device to allow your SmartGlass devices to connect.
- Open the App Store on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch.
- Tap the Search icon and search for SmartGlass.
- Locate the Xbox SmartGlass app in the search results.
- Tap Install App and follow the instructions.

To use SmartGlass for Android, your device must have Android 4.0 (“Ice Cream Sandwich”) or later installed.
- Open Google Play on your Android device.
- Tap the Search icon and search for SmartGlass.
- Follow the instructions to download and install the app on your Android.
