1. Introduction

Having problems with downloading updates on your SkyStream One player? Is the installation failing to download? It could be that your internet is having issues or your player may be broken.

• Comment out supplies section if no supplies are necessary

While the SkyStream One has been discontinued there are a handful of things you can do to resolve a stuck or problematic update.

2. Fix Update Issues

Reboot Your SkyStream One

1. Turn off the device.
2. Unplug the device from your wall outlet.
3. Plug it back in after a minute.
4. Turn on the device.

Check if Your SkyStream is Online

1. Go to Settings.
