Introduction

1 Reboot Your C by GE Sol Lamp
- Unplug the power cord from the bottom of the unit.
- Wait 5 seconds.
- Plug the cord back in.
2 Factory Reset Your C by GE Sol Lamp
If the Sol still can't update, resetting it to default can help.
- Make sure the Sol lamp is plugged in and powered on.
- On top of the Sol base, press and hold both microphone (left) and dot (right) buttons for at least 10 seconds.
- If the reset is successful, the ring light will turn red and the built-in Alexa will announce: "Now in setup mode. Follow the instructions in your C by GE app."
? After resetting your Sol Lamp, try to update again. Was the update successful?
