Sometimes your Smartphone will have issues with video. Whether it freezes or doesn't load at all, there are a few simple tricks to get your video working again.

To adjust your screen brightness follow these steps. Keep in mind, the brighter the your screen, the more battery power is used.

  1. Swipe up on your screen.
  2. Hold down the brightness icon and raise or lower it to your liking.

Your iPhone may be low on charge. Go ahead and plug it in and allow it to charge.

You most likely have a hardware issue with the screen and need to have it replaced.

Powering off an iPhone.

  1. Hold down the lock / power button.
  2. Slide to power off when prompted.
  3. Wait until the phone is off.
  4. Hold down the lock / power button until you see the Apple logo.

If you're having trouble viewing your icons because they're too large, your zoom feature may be enabled.

  1. If the icons are so large you can't reach your Settings, tap the screen twice with 3 fingers.
  2. This will zoom out your screen.
  3. If you want to turn off zoom completely, tap Settings.
