How to Install the Apple Home App

1. Introduction

Apple HomeKit is a framework designed to help you collect all your various home automation devices into one, easy-to-use app on your Apple iPhone, Apple iPad.

Apple HomeKit is accessed via the Home app on your iPhone or iPad, or on your Apple TV.

If you have the latest version of iOS (for your iPhone and iPad), or tvOS (for your Apple TV), the Home app will be setup on your device for you.

Look for this icon to get started with Apple HomeKit:

2. Install iOS App

1. From the Home screen, select the App Store.
   

1. In the search box at the top, type in Home, then select the Cloud Download icon.
   

3. Update iOS/tvOS

 You will need to update your Apple device.
