How to Install the EufyHome App

1. Introduction

In This Guide

You'll Learn How To:

• Setup the app to control your Eufy Smart Device.

Before We Begin:

• Have your smartphone or tablet ready at hand.
• Have your Eufy smart device nearby.

2. Select Product

Eufy makes a wide variety of products, and the app may differ from device to device.

3. OS Choice

To continue, we need to know what Operating System your smartphone or tablet has.

There are 2 main Operating Systems for smartphones currently available, Android and iOS.

Android SmartphoneiOS SmartphoneAndroid smartphones are produced by multiple companies, such as Samsung, LG, Motorola, HTC, and OnePlus.Apple is the only company that makes iOS smartphones.

4. Install App (iOS)

1. Open the App Store.

2. Select Search in the bottom right corner.
   

1. Type in EufyHome, and select Get for EufyHome from the list.
   

1. Select Get for EufyHome.
   

5. Initial Setup

1. Open EufyHome.
   

1. Carefully read the end user license agreement. When you are ready, select Accept to continue.
   

1. A welcome screen will open. Swipe left to continue.
   

1. The welcome tour will continue, swipe left.
   

1. The tour will complete, select Experience Now.
   

1. Select Sign Up to create a new account with Eufy.
   

1. Enter your Email address, choose a password, and select Sign Up.
   

1. At the welcome screen, select Add device.
   

1. Select the Eufy device you'd like to add.
   

1. Carefully follow the instructions on screen to complete the setup of your Eufy Smart Home Device.

6. Install App (Android)

1. Launch the Play Store on your smartphone.
   

1. Select the search bar at the top.
   

1. Type in EufyHome, then select EufyHome from the list.
   

1. Select Install.
   

7. Select Model

Eufy makes many different models of the RoboVac, each with slightly different capabilities and features.

If you are unsure exactly which model you have, it is indicated on the label on the bottom of the vacuum itself.

8. No App

The model of Eufy RoboVac that you have does not have an app available at this time. It cannot be controlled from your smartphone or Intelligent Personal Assistant.

You can always use the included remote to control your RoboVac.

1. Type in EufyLife, and select Get for EufyLife from the list.
   

1. Select Get for EufyLife.
   

11. Initial Setup

1. Open EufyLife.
   

1. Carefully read the end user license agreement. When you are ready, select Accept to continue.
   
   

1. A welcome screen will open. Swipe left to continue.
   

1. The welcome tour will continue, swipe left.
   

1. The tour will complete, select Experience Now.
   

1. Select Sign Up to create a new account with Eufy.
   

1. Enter your Email address, choose a password, and select Sign Up.
   

1. Once your account is created, you'll be advised the program will need a bit more info to help customize the service for you. Select OK.
   

1. Select your gender, enter your name, age, and height, then select Continue.
   

1. On the welcome screen, select Add Device.
   

1. You may be prompted to allow the app to see your location. Select Allow or OK.
   

1. The app will search for your scale right away.
   

1. Follow the instructions on screen to complete setup of your Smart Scale.

12. Install App (Android)

1. Launch the Play Store on your smartphone.
   

1. Select the search bar at the top.
   

1. Type in EufyLife, then select EufyLife from the list.
   

1. Select Install.
   

13. No App

At this time, there is no separate app available for the Eufy SpaceView. It cannot be controlled using your smartphone or tablet, or used with an Intelligent Personal Assistant.

Please use the included 5" screen that came with your camera.
