Linksys offers a single, unified app to control the settings for most of their routers. This guide will help you download and install the app on your mobile device.

Before You Begin:

• Have your smartphone or tablet available.

Computer Access

If you are using your computer to adjust the settings on your Linksys router, there is no need to install any special software or program. Instead, Linksys routers have a simple web-based interface available to any computer connected, using your web browser.

• By IP Address (192.168.1.1) (External)
• By Name (http://myrouter.local/) (External)

2. Install the Linksys App for Mobile Devices

Linksys offers the Linksys app for Android and iOS devices. Select your device from the list below for instructions on how to install the app.

Android

1. Open the Play Store, then select the Search Bar at the top.
   

1. Type in Linksys, then select Linksys from the list.
   

1. Select Install.

Apple iOS
