2. Install the App
The Ring App is available for Android and iOS devices. Choose the type of device you have and expand the instructions below:
An Android Phone or Tablet
Launch the Play Store on your mobile device.
Tap in the search box at the top of the screen.
Search for "ring" and tap on the found app.
Tap Install and then Open to use it.
An iPhone, iPad or iPod Touch
Launch the App Store on your mobile device.
Tap Search in the bottom right corner.
Search for "ring" and tap on the found app.
Tap Get and Install, then Open to use it.
3. Launching the App for the First Time
On the first launch of the Ring app you'll have to choose how you want to log in:
Choose Create Account if you don't have a Ring account or wish to use a new one,
Or choose Login if you already have an existing Ring account.
To Create a New Ring Account
Fill in your First Name and Last Name then tap Continue.
Choose your Country of residence and tap Continue.
Fill in your Email in both fields then tap Continue.
Make up a Password for your Ring account then tap Create Account.
You'll get a confirmation message that your Ring account was created together with instructions on how to activate it.
Open your email and look for an activation message from Ring. Click the provided link to activate the Ring account.
To Log In with an Existing Ring Account
Fill in your Email Address and Password associated with your Ring account and tap Log In.
If you're required to verify your account, open your email and retrieve the temporary Code received from Ring, then enter it in the app and tap Verify.
