How to Play Music on an LG BP-350 Blu-ray Player

1. Introduction

LG Blu-ray Players allow you to enjoy music from a multitude of sources such as connected devices or included features. This guide will show you how to play or stream music and audio on your LG Blu-ray Player.

2. Menu Navigation

The menu navigation controls on the Remote are as follows:

  • Home - Displays or exits the home menu
  • Arrows â–²/â–¼/â–º/â—„ - Selects an option in the menu
  • Enter - Acknowledges menu selection
  • Back - Exists the menu or returns to the previous screen

3. Insert Disc

  1. Press the Eject button on the player or the remote control to open the disc tray.

  1. Place the disc into the tray with the label facing up.

  1. Press the Eject button again to close the disc tray.
  2. The content on the disc should start playing automatically.
  3. If the playback doesn't start automatically you have to start the playback manually.

4. Play from Media

You can play audio from:

  • An inserted disc,
  • A connected USB device,
  • A connected Android device,
  • A networked DLNA compatible device. Please refer to the devices documentation to learn how to connect it to the network.

Playable audio file types:

  • mp3, .wma, .wav, .m4a (DRM free), .flac, .ogg, .aiff

To play media:

  1. On the main screen, go left and right to select the media category, then go down to show available sources for your selection.

  1. Go left and right to select the source of your files then press Enter.
  2. Browse through the content and select what you want to play.

5. Music Playback Controls

6. Connect USB Device

Connect a USB device into the USB port on the front of the home theater unit.

7. Connect Android Device

Only Android MTP (Media Transfer Protocol) devices are supported. Android 4.0 or later is recommended.

  1. Connect the Android device to the home theater unit with the USB cable.

  1. On the Android device, swipe down from the top side of the screen then tap on USB for charging.

  1. Select File transfers also known as MTP.

8. Stream with Premium Apps

An internet connection is required to stream with these apps. App availability may change over time.

  1. On the main screen, go left and right to select Premium then press Enter.

  2. Browse through the content and select what you want to play.
