1. Introduction

Samsung Home Theater Systems allow you to enjoy music from a multitude of sources such as connected devices or included features. This guide will show you how to play or stream music and audio on your Sony Home Theater Systems.

2. Menu Navigation

The menu navigation controls on the remote are as follows:

1. Home - Press to move to the Home menu
2. Return - Return to the previous menu
3. Arrowsâ–²/â–¼/â–º/â—„ - Move the cursor or select an item
   Enter - Activate the currently selected item or confirm a setting
4. Exit - Press to exit the current menu

3. Insert Disc

1. Press the Eject button on the device to open the tray

2. Place the disc into the tray with the label facing up.
3. Press the eject button on the device to close the tray.
4. If it is a commercially recorded disc, the content on the disc will start playing automatically.

4. Play from Media

You can choose between:

• A user recorded disc.
• A USB device.

To play from a media source:

1. From the main screen select Change Device.

2. Skip - Move to the previous or next file of the playlist.

4. Fast Play (Audio CD only) - Changes playback speed with every press of the button.
5. Pause - Pauses playback.
6. Play - Starts playback.

6. Connect USB Device

1. Open the protective USB cover and connect your USB device into the player.

9. Listen to Radio

1. Connect the supplied FM antenna to the rear of the home theater unit.

2. Manual Tuning: Press the Stop button to select Manual then press the Tuning Up or Tuning Down button to tune in to a higher or lower frequency.
3. Automatic Tuning: Press the Stop button select Manual then press and hold the Tuning Up or Tuning Down button for a few seconds to automatically search the band.
4. Preset Tuning: Press the Stop button to select Preset then press the Tuning Up or Tuning Down button to select a preset station.
   
   
5. To preset a station you have to press the Tuner Memory button twice within 5 seconds, when a station is selected during the manual or automatic tuning methods.
