How to Repair an iPhone, iPad, or iPod Screen

While your iOS device is pretty robust and hard to damage, sometimes damage does happen and we need to get it repaired.

Some potential damage can be resolved easily but others require expert repair.

  2. Slide to power off when prompted.
  3. Wait until the phone is off.
  4. Hold down the lock/power button until you see the Apple logo.

To adjust your screen brightness follow these steps. Keep in mind, the brighter the your screen, the more battery power is used.

  1. Swipe up on your screen.
  2. Hold down the brightness icon and raise or lower it to your liking.

If you're having trouble viewing your icons because they're too large, your zoom feature may be enabled.

  1. If the icons are so large you can't reach your Settings, tap the screen twice with 3 fingers.
  2. This will zoom out your screen.
  3. If you want to turn off zoom completely, tap Settings.
