Introduction
If your Westinghouse Smart TV is not working as intended and you've exhausted all other possible repair steps, or you want to give it to someone else, you can reset it to factory defaults.
1 Factory Reset
Resetting the device to factory defaults will erase all saved settings and preferences.
- Turn the TV on by pressing the Power button on the main unit or on the remote.
- Navigate the menu by using the Remote Control. Press the Arrows ▲/▼/►/◄ to navigate and highlight your choices then press OK to confirm them.
- Press the Menu button on the remote and navigate to TV Settings then select General.
- Go to Restore Default.
- Your TV will be reset to its factory default settings.
