How to Set Up a Polar M600 Fitness Tracker

1. Introduction

The Polar M600 watch is sporty and has a wide variety of features. Some of these features include GPS, assistance on the go, heart rate monitoring, and playing music during workouts. This guide will walk you though the basic setup process of your new watch.

2. Charge

The polar watch uses a magnetic charger cord to the watch.

1. Connect the magnetic end of the charger to the charging port.
2. Connect the other end of the USB cord to powered USB port or wall adapter (not included).
   

3. Enable Bluetooth

1. Swipe down on your screen (or up, if using a tablet) to access the menu.
2. Hold down on the Bluetooth icon to bring up Bluetooth options.
   

1. Ensure the Bluetooth switch is set to ON.
   

4. Install Android App

1. Open Play Store.

2. Type "Android Wear" in the search bar and select Android Wear - Smartwatch.

5. Pairing and Sync

3. You need to turn on watch notifications so that your phone can send updates to your watch. Follow the onscreen instructions on your phone to do this. If you have used the Android Wear app before with another device, you may have already allowed notifications for the app. You can check this in your phone's settings.

1. Once your mobile device has found your Polar device, follow the on-screen instructions to complete pairing your Polar device with your mobile device.
2. You should now be at your main/home screen of the Polar Flow app. Congratulations! Your Polar device will now begin synchronizing with the Polar Flow app automatically when it is in range of your mobile device.
