1 Introduction
Before You Begin:
- You must have your email username and password to complete the setup process.
- You must have your email provider's server settings if you are setting up an 'Other' type account.
2 Add Email Account (iOS)
- Select Settings.
- Select Passwords & Accounts.
- Select Add Account.
- A list of common email providers will appear.
? Select your email provider to proceed. Choose 'Other' if your provider is not listed.

- Select Add Account.
- A list of common email providers will appear.
- Enter in your iCloud username and password and click Next.
- If prompted, verify your device's unlock code.
- Choose the items you want to sync and click Save.
- Enter your Exchange email address and enter a description, then tap Next.
- Enter your password when prompted.
- Choose the items you want to sync and tap Save.
- Enter your Google email address and tap Next.
- Enter your Google password and hit Next.
- If asked, follow the directions to complete two-factor authentication.
- Choose which items to sync and click Save.
- Enter your Yahoo! email address and tap Next.
- Enter your Yahoo! password and tap Sign In.

- Choose the items you want to sync and tap Save.
- Enter your AOL username or email address and tap Next.
- Enter your AOL password and tap Sign In.
- Scroll to the bottom of the page and tap Allow.
- Choose what you want to sync and tap Save.
- Enter your Outlook email address and tap Next.
- Enter your Outlook password and tap Sign in.
- Scroll down and click Yes to accept permissions.
- Choose the items you want to sync and tap Save.
- Select Add Mail Account to proceed.
- Enter your name, email, and email password, then tap Next.
- Choose the items you wish to sync and tap Save.
