Introduction
Siri is a built-in "intelligent assistant" that enables users of iOS devices to speak voice commands in order to operate the mobile device and its apps. She is available on iPhone 4s or later, iPad Pro, iPad (3rd generation or later), iPad Air or later, iPad mini or later, and iPod touch (5th generation or later) and requires Internet access. Users can speak commands, and receive audible confirmation from Siri, to send messages, place calls, set reminders, operate iTunes and more.
1 How to Setup Hey Siri
- “Hey Siri” is supported on iPhone SE, iPhone 6s or later, iPad Pro (except 12.9-inch, 1st generation), and iPad (5th generation or later) without being plugged into power.
- “Hey Siri” is supported on iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch with iOS 8 or later while plugged in. Not supported on first-generation iPad, iPad 2, and first-generation iPad mini.
- Launch the Settings app on your iOS device.
- Scroll down and select Siri and Search.
- Enable Listen for Hey Siri.
- Tap Enable Siri.
- Siri will ask you to train her. Tap Continue.
- Say "Hey Siri" into the device.
- When Siri has the information she needs, you'll see a check mark.
- Say "Hey Siri, how's the weather today?"
- Now say, "Hey Siri, it's me."
- Hey Siri is now ready.

- Launch the Settings app on your iOS device.
- Scroll down and select Siri and Search.
- Choose whether to enable Siri by voice with Hey Siri or choose to just push the button for Siri.
- Tap Enable Siri.

From your Siri settings screen, tap Language and select your preferred language.
4 How to Secure Siri's Lockscreen
Toggle Whether Siri Can Be Used From the Lockscreen
From your Siri settings screen, slide the Access on Lock Screen button to green. This will allow you to speak to Siri through your Lock Screen. Please be aware that this can lower the security of your device.
5 How to Change Siri's Voice

From your Siri settings screen, tap Siri Voice and select the voice you would prefer.
