How to Set Up the YUNEEC SteadyGrip

1. Introduction

Your Yuneec Typhoon 4K comes with an optional Steadygrip handheld base. Carry around your powerful CGO3 camera with complete access and control over everything it can do.

Tools You'll Need:

  • Your ST10+ Remote Control

  • Any other consumable supplies
  • Comment out supplies section if no supplies are necessary

2. How to Set Up the Steadygrip

  1. Remove the battery cover.

  1. Insert 8 AA batteries.

  1. Gently slide the top part of the CGO3 camera (that also attaches below the nose of the Q500 the TYPHOON) onto the mount below the front part of the SteadyGrip. A corresponding ‘click’ will be noticed once the CGO3 camera has securely been installed into the slide-in mount on the SteadyGrip. Carefully connect the CGO3’s power/control connector to the power/control port of the CGO SteadyGrip.

  1. Turn the Steadygrip on by using the power switch. It will initialize after 4-8 seconds of no movement or vibration.
