How to Sync a Polar M200 Fitness Tracker

1. Introduction

A Bluetooth smart heart rate sensor or a mobile device (smartphone, tablet) has to be paired with your M200 for them to function together. 

This guide will help you pair those devices.

2. Enable Bluetooth

1. Swipe down on your screen (or up, if using a tablet) to access the menu.
2. Hold down on the Bluetooth icon to bring up Bluetooth options.
   

1. Ensure the Bluetooth switch is set to ON.
   

3. Install App Android

1. Launch the Play Store on your mobile device.
   

1. Tap in the search box at the top of the screen.
   

1. Search for "polar flow" and tap on the found app.
   

1. Tap Install and then Open to use it.
   

4. Pairing

To pair a mobile device:

1. On your mobile device, open the Polar Flow app and sign in with the Polar account that you created when you set up your M200.

2. On the M200, press and hold the LEFT button.
   
   OR
   
   On the M200, go to Settings > Pair & sync > Pair & sync devices, and press and hold the RIGHT button.
   
   
3. Your mobile device will tell you it found your M200. Tap Start.

• Android users: You'll get a pairing request on your mobile. You might have to open it by swiping down from the top of the screen and by tapping the notification. Then tap PAIR.

5. Enable Bluetooth

1. Open Settings on your phone or tablet.
   

1. Then tap Bluetooth.
   

1. Make sure Bluetooth is set to On.
   

6. Install App iOS

1. Launch the App Store on your mobile device.
   

1. Tap Search in the bottom right corner.
   

1. Search for "Polar Flow" and tap on the found app.
   

1. Tap Get and Install, then Open to use it.
