If the Blink app stalls, shows a spinner or is not responding, you can choose either iOS or Andriod and follow the steps to force it to closed, which should resolve the issue
3. iOS
Press the home button twice quickly. On devices without a home button (iPhone X and above, iPad Pro and iPad Air), from the Home screen swipe up from the bottom of the screen and pause slightly in the middle of the screen. This will load previews of recently used apps in the App Switcher.
Swipe left to right to locate the Blink app.
When you have located the Blink app, swipe the app preview upward to force the application to close.
You can then relaunch the Blink app from your home screen and continue using your Blink system.
If you experience any further issues with the app, please use the Get Help link to get in touch
4. Andriod
Tap the Recent Apps shortcut, located at the bottom of your phone screen, represented here by three vertical lines. Some phones show a rounded box.
Find the app you want to close by swiping left or right.
Swipe the app upwards to close, or if you want to close all of your apps at once, tap "Close all".
You can relaunch the Blink app from your home screen and continue using your Blink system
