How to Update a Polar A370 Fitness Tracker

Authored by: Support.com Tech Pro Team

1. Introduction

Your Polar A370 only has one update option: Firmware. You can update the firmware of your A370 yourself to keep it up to date. Firmware updates are performed to improve the functionality of your A370. They can include improvements to existing features, completely new features or bug fixes. We recommend that you update the firmware of your A370 every time a new version is available.

There are two ways to update the device. With the app, you are notified and guided through the process when an update is available. With a computer, you connect the tracker to your computer with a USB cable and then update via the Flowsync program. For simplicity, updating via the app is recommended.
