1. Introduction

  • Manage your groups by adding, removing, or changing the group your light belongs to.

Before We Begin:

  • Have your light installed and working.
  • Have your mobile device nearby.
  • The Flux Bluetooth App should be installed.

2. Add or Delete a Group

The Flux Bluetooth app allows for the creation of Groups. Groups allow you to control multiple lights at the same time. For example, if you are using three FluxSmart Bluetooth bulbs in your living room, creating a 'Living Room' group will allow you to control all of your living room lights with a single instruction.

To Create a Group

  1. Open the Flux Bluetooth app.

To Delete a Group

  1. Open the Flux Bluetooth app.

  1. Long press on the group you wish to delete.

3. Add or Remove a Light Bulb from a Group

Once a Group has been created, managing the lights within your groups is simple and easy to do.

You can add up to 5 lights within a single Group.

To Add a Light to a Group

  1. Open the Flux Bluetooth app.

To Remove a Light From a Group

  1. Open the Flux Bluetooth app.

  1. Long press on the device you wish to remove from the group.

  1. Tap Delete from this Group.

Move a Light to Another Group

  1. Open the Flux Bluetooth app.

  2. Select the group to move the bulb to.

4. Working with groups

By placing lights in a group, you can make changes that will impact the entire group of lights.

Here are some of the things you can control in a group.

Power Lights On or Off

Power a group of lights on or off.

Change Colors

Change a group of lights to any color of the RGB spectrum or a cool or warm white.

Use Built-in Lighting Effects

Choose from 20 presets and have them apply to a group.

Music Sync Mode

By selecting a group, you can sync a group of lights to your music.

Performing an Action

When you want to perform an action, select a group instead of selecting an individual light and the change will impact all lights in the group.
