2. App Check

In order to connect and use your Dishwasher on Wi-Fi, you will need the Home Connect app.

3. App Features

You have many options available to control your Dishwasher using the Home Connect app.

Directly set the temperature and options used to wash your dishes.

Guided selections to help you choose the best options to wash your dishes.

4. Manual Wash

1. Open the Home Connect app.
   

1. Select your Dishwasher.
2. Select Manual Wash at the top.
   

1. Here you can adjust the washing method, options, and when the wash starts.

Lets you select From a series of options to provide the best clean for your dishes.

Options

Set extra washing options, such as only doing half a load, or sanitizing your dishes.

Start Time

Set when the wash cycle will start, as well as provides an estimate of when the cycle will end.

You can move back and forth between each of these sections easily using the < Left and Right > arrows at the bottom.

Once everything is set, select Done from the menus, then select Start.

6. Easy Wash

Easy Mode takes care of most of the settings for you, instead just asking a few simple questions about the type of dishes you have loaded.

1. Open the Home Connect app.

2. Select Easy Wash at the top.
   

1. Select what type of dishes you have loaded, then select Right >.
   

1. Select the option you want your dishwasher to focus on, and select Right >.
   

1. The app will figure out the best options for you, and show the result. Select Start to start washing your dishes.
   

7. Lighting Controls

Your dishwasher has a set of lights to indicate when it's running that can be matched to your kitchen's decor.

1. Open the Home Connect app.
   

1. Select your Dishwasher.
2. Select the Ambient Light option on the top left.
   

Ambient Light

You can select between a series of named colors, or set a custom color.

Color selection

A selection of common matching and complimentary colors for most home decor.

Custom Color

Using the color wheel, you can select any color you like to match or compliment your kitchen.

Don't forget to select OK at the bottom when you're done to make the setting take effect!

8. Detergent Indicator

Your dishwasher stores the detergent tablets inside, and dispenses them for each load automatically, so you can't forget to put the soap in. It will notify you, as well, when it starts running low, letting you know to pick up or order more before you run out.

2. Select the Tablet Counter option on the top left.
   

1. Make sure the Tablet Counter is turned on with the switch on the top left.
   

1. Here you can set the number of tablets remaining, how large each box of tablets you purchase are, and when to notify you if they're running low.
   

1. Don't forget to select OK at the bottom when you're done to make the setting take effect!
