Install the App for Your Nikon D7200 Camera

1. Introduction: Nikon WirelessMobileUtility: D7200: Install App

This guide will walk you through setting up Nikon WirelessMobileUtility, to communicate with your Nikon D750 camera.

2. Nikon WirelessMobileUtility: Install Android App

1. Launch the Play Store on your smartphone.
   

1. Select the search bar at the top.
   

1. Type in "WirelessMobileUtility", then select WirelessMobileUtility from the list.
   

1. Select Install.
   

1. This app requires extra permissions, listed here. Select Accept.
   

1. Select Open to open the app now, if you wish.
   

We will return to the app in a moment, our next step is to enable pairing mode on your camera.

3. Nikon D7200: Pairing Registration

1. Press the Menu button.
   

1. Select Setup.
   

1. Scroll down and select Wi-Fi.
   

1. Select Enable.
   

1. Select Network settings.

2. Select View SSID.
   

Make note of the SSID listed here; you'll need it for the phone in just a moment.

4. Nikon WirelessMobileUtility: Pair to Phone

1. Launch the Wireless Mobile Utility app on your device.
   

1. Carefully read the licence agreement. When you are ready, select Yes at the bottom.
   

1. Select the connection icon in the top-left corner.
   

1. If necessary, turn on Wi-Fi at the top. Look through the list, and select the network name displayed on your camera.
   

1. Return to the Wireless Mobile Utility app once connected.

5. Nikon WirelessMobileUtility: Basic Controls

You'll be able to access the primary features of your Nikon camera from the main menu.

• Take Photos
  

• This allows you to directly control your camera from a few feet away, to capture the image you want.
• View Photos
  

• This allows you to view the images you've taken using your Nikon camera on your smartphone or tablet.

6. Nikon WirelessMobileUtility: Install iOS App

1. Open the App Store.
   

1. Select Search in the bottom right corner.
   

1. Type in "WirelessMobileUtility", then select Search.
   

1. Select Get for Wireless Mobile Utility.
   

1. Select Open to open the app now, if you wish.
