Pair Bluetooth Devices to an Under Armour UA Band

Authored by: Support.com Tech Pro Team

1. Introduction

The Under Armour Band works directly with the UA Record app to keep track of all data it captures throughout the day, including any workouts you decide to have it track as well. UA Record is a hub that allows your UA Band to work in tandem with other supported bluetooth devices to enhance and more accurately track the factors most important to you.

This guide will assist you with pairing your compatible devices to UA Record.

6. Heart Rate Sensor

Your UA Heart Rate sensor works with UA Record to track your workout sessions.

Your UA Heart Rate sensor communicates directly with the UA Record app and does not have to be connected with any fitness tracker. When the UA Record app tracks your workouts, if the Heart Rate sensor is being worn, the UA Record software will opt to utilize the Heart Rate sensor's data over any fitness tracker's heart rate sensor. This step will demonstrate how to add the UA Heart Rate sensor to the UA Record app.

  1. Moisten the oval sensor pads on the heart rate monitor where they make contact with your skin. Put the heart rate strap on, with the plastic heart rate transmitter resting just below your sternum. Ladies, this should rest just below a sports bra.
