- Hold down the power button on your Android device.

- Make sure Location services are turned On at the top.
- Launch SnapBridge on your device.

- Open Settings on your phone or tablet.
- Scroll to the bottom, and select About.
- Select System update.
- You'll see if there's any updates available, as well as when your device last checked for updates. If you wish, you can choose Check for update to make sure.

- Select Pair with camera.
- Select digital SLR camera.
- Your phone will locate your camera. Follow the directions on your phone's screen to complete the connection.
- Launch SnapBridge on your device.
- Try taking a photo, or browsing the photos on your camera.
- Hold down the lock/power button.
- Slide to power off when prompted.
- Wait until the phone is off.
- Hold down the lock/power button until you see the Apple logo.
- Turn off the camera.
- Wait 10 seconds.
- Turn the camera back on.
- Open Settings on your phone or tablet.
- Then tap Bluetooth.
- Make sure Bluetooth is set to On.

- Select Privacy.
- Select Location Services.
- Make sure Location Services is turned On at the top. Look through the list of programs below, and make sure Cam Remote has "While Using" or "Always" selected.

- Connect your phone or tablet to power to charge.
- Make sure you are connected to Wi-Fi.
- Open Settings on your phone or tablet.
- Select General.
- Select Software Update.
- If an update is available, it will be displayed here.
- If no update is available, it will show that here.
- If an update is available, it will show here.
- Select Download and Update to begin the update process.
- If prompted, enter your passcode.
- If no update is available, it will show that here.
- Launch SnapBridge on your device.
- Try taking a photo, or browsing the photos on your camera.
- Press and hold the SnapBridge icon till the icons start vibrating.
- Select the delete X in the top left corner of the SnapBridge icon.
- Select Delete.
- Open the App Store.
- Select Search in the bottom right corner.
- Type in "SnapBridge", then select Search.
- Select Get for SnapBridge.
- Select Open to open the app now, if you wish.
