This guide will take you through some troubleshooting steps to repair basic problems you may encounter with the UA Record app on your mobile device.

The most common way to resolve issues on your Android mobile device is to reboot it. Sometimes the Android OS or the apps running on your mobile device can become unstable - rebooting your mobile device gives it a chance to start up fresh and can resolve many issues on its own.
- Hold down the power button on your Android device.
Depending on the manufacturer and model of Android device you have, the location of the power button will vary.
- A prompt will appear on-screen. Select Restart.
If the menu does not pop up, continue to hold the power button, and your Android device will shut off.
- If you had to shut down your Android device, wait 30 seconds before turning your device back on.
Sometimes, the apps running on your Android mobile device can become unstable or behave in unwanted ways. Uninstalling and reinstalling those apps can resolve the encountered issues.
There are two ways to uninstall apps from your Android device.

Uninstall from Home Screen or App Drawer
- Locate the app on your Home Screen or App Drawer. Tap and hold the app icon, and start dragging it around.
- Drag the icon to Uninstall at the top then release.
- When prompted if you want to uninstall, select OK.

Uninstall from Settings
- Open Settings on your phone or tablet.
- Select Apps.
- Select the app you'd like to uninstall.
- Select Uninstall.
- When prompted if you want to uninstall, select OK.
- Open Settings on your phone or tablet.
- Open Play Store.
- Type "Under Armour Record" in the search bar and select Under Armour Record.
- Tap Install to start downloading the app.
- Once installed, tap Open to proceed to the setup.
- Swipe down on your screen (or up, if using a tablet) to access the menu.
- Hold down on the Bluetooth icon to bring up Bluetooth options.
- Ensure the Bluetooth switch is set to ON.
- Launch the UA Record app from the home screen.
- Select Log In or Get Started if you do not already have an existing Under Armour account connected to social media.
- If you have just created an account, the app will ask you some basic questions regarding your fitness goals and desired uses for the UA Record app. Answer these according to your own personal preferences.
- Upon completion, you will be presented with the main screen of the UA Record app.
- Ensure that your mobile device's Bluetooth feature is turned ON.
- Place your UA Band near your mobile device (within 10 feet).
- Launch the UA Record app on your mobile device.
- From the main screen of the UA Record app, select UA Sync.
- Select UA Band from the device list.
- Select Connect.
- Follow the on-screen instructions. Select Continue.
- The UA Record app will begin searching for and ultimately pair with your UA Band.
- Your UA Band should now be paired and is ready to use with UA Record on your mobile device. Syncing will take place automatically with the UA Record app as long as Bluetooth is turned ON on your mobile device and the UA Band is in-range (within 10 feet).

- Hold down the lock/power button.
- Slide to power off when prompted.
- Wait until the phone is off.
- Hold down the lock/power button until you see the Apple logo.
Sometimes, the apps running on your iOS mobile device can become unstable or behave in unwanted ways. Uninstalling and reinstalling those apps can resolve the encountered issues.
Method 1:
- From your main screen, locate the app you wish to remove.
- Lightly touch and hold the app until it jiggles or vibrates.
- Tap X in the upper-left corner of the app.
- Tap Delete.
Method 2:
- Go to Settings.
- Select General.
- Tap on your [Device] Storage.
- The amount of storage used will be shown near the top. Below that you may see a list of recommendations for optimizing your device's storage, followed by a list of installed apps and the amount of storage each one uses.
- Tap on the app that you wish to remove.
- Tap the Delete App button on the next screen. Accept any prompts.
- Go back to the previous screen and repeat for as many apps you wish to remove.
- Open the App Store.
- Type in "Under Armour Record" in the search bar.
- Find Under Armour Record in the search results and tap on GET.
- Tap on Install to start download.
- Open Settings on your phone or tablet.
- Then tap Bluetooth.
- Make sure Bluetooth is set to On.
