1. SRSXB43: What's in the Box

Make sure everything came in the box:

2. SRSXB43: Charge It

Have the Guest plug in the charging cable:

They will need to open the optional connection panel in order to do so. The device should be able to make the initial Bluetooth connection while charged in.

3. SRSXB43: Connect it

Have the Guest power on the speaker and press the Bluetooth button on the top of the unit. They should see two blinking blue LEDs:

Next, have the Guest access their Bluetooth connections on their peripheral device:

4. VIBE Soundbar

A protection plan or a standalone subwoofer might be helpful here

Make sure the guest has all the cables, cases, accessories, and necessary equipment to get the most out of their purchase!

Remind the guest that with Target Red Card they save 5% and get an additional 30 days to return their product.

5. SRSXB43: BT TS

If the Guest cannot connect through Bluetooth, have them make sure their device is not connected to anything else via Bluetooth.

If that's not the problem, have the Guest turn off Bluetooth, turn it back on, then attempt connection again.

If that does not work, have the Guest make sure their device is fully updated, turn it off, then turn it back on.
